Returns
Claims for damages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt shipment.
If you've received an item that seems defective or is damaged, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is defective, we'll immediately send a replacement.
No return merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization from Twelve Stone Art. Claims for damages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt shipment. All orders are shipped UPS ground, or USPS unless otherwise specified. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Due to the natural imperfections of our products each piece is unique in appearance.

Quoted shipping cost does not include shipping to Hawaii/Alaska.

We use the following shipping carrier:
- UPS Ground – to anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii and Alaska.
- USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate – for small orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
